SANTA CRUZ, Cali. - Tonight, at the Santa Cruz City Hall, a group of people holding signs piled into the chanbers to talk about public safety.  Public safety has been a huge concern for the community especially after there were several violent attacks in the city.

Analisia Cube is one of many people who showed up today.  She says at least 30 people of all ages showed up to address their concerns.  Council told them they are working with the police department to do everything they can to keep the community safe.  The council told residents they'd like to hold a special meeting for that specific topic, later down the road, since they couldn't discuss it this evening.  Cube says the council hasn't set a date yet.  Once we find out when the meeting will be scheduled, we'll let you know.
